I am beginning a weight loss journey and my eating habits scare the crap out of me. I'm not sure if I will be able to change my eating in order to become healthier because there is so much I can't tolerate. Most of which are healthy options.
Veggies I like are pickles and potatoes. Can't tolerate the taste or texture of any others really. I like the flavor of some but when I try to eat them, my throat gags on its own. I love the taste of most fruits, but can't swallow them or chew them because of the texture. I wish I could try and enjoy so many foods but I physically can't. No eggs, no veggies, little to no fruit.
