I've recently cut out some foods that aggravated stomach distress, I'm feeling better and also receptive to trying new foods, because the foods I did eat, I can't anymore. As there are few foods I will eat, I've had to find others and it's easier this time, something seems to have shifted in my perception. I've suffered stomach ailments since childhood, this is hopeful news.
